DESCRIPTION:‪Praise and worship at 11:40PM (20 minutes) – West Africa Time‬ \n‪Log on to Periscope at 11.55PM ‬ \nMinistration – See The Vision\nScripture \nGenesis 28:10-22 \n10 Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Haran. 11 When he reached a certain place\, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there\, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. 12 He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth\, with its top reaching to heaven\, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. 13 There above it stood the LORD\, and HE said: “I AM the LORD\, the GOD of your father Abraham and the GOD of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. 14 Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth\, and you will spread out to the west and to the east\, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. 15 I AM with you and will watch over you wherever you go\, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” 16 When Jacob awoke from his sleep\, he thought\, “Surely the LORD is in this place\, and I was not aware of it.” 17 He was afraid and said\, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of GOD; this is the gate of heaven.”\n18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it. 19 He called that place Bethel\, though the city used to be called Luz. 20 Then Jacob made a vow\, saying\, “If GOD will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear 21 so that I return safely to my father’s house\, then the LORD will be my GOD 22 and this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be GOD’S house\, and of all that YOU give me I will give YOU a tenth.” \nPrayers\nLORD\, thank YOU for YOUR abundant\, abounding grace. Thank you that we don’t have to earn a drop of the mighty river of grace that flows freely for us today. Thank YOU for the unexpected\, unmerited favor YOU’VE showered on my life. Help me put myself in the path of YOUR love and grace. Help me not neglect the disciplines I need to meet with YOU regularly and to drink from the water of life. Thank YOU for YOUR rich love. Amen. \nLORD\, I’m here today with open hands and an open heart\, ready to depend on YOU to help me through the day and all it will bring my way. Help me be like Nehemiah\, help me come to YOU for guidance\, strength\, provision and protection. As I face tough choices and hard situations\, help me remember my belovedness\, help me remember that I am YOUR child and YOUR representative to the world around me. Help me live today in a way that brings honour to YOUR holy Name. In JESUS’ Name\, Amen. \nHeavenly FATHER\, thank YOU for YOUR guidance. Forgive me for getting ahead of YOUR plans\, and help me know when to stop and listen for YOUR direction. YOUR ways are perfect\, LORD. Thank YOU for offering gentle grace. In JESUS ’ Name\, Amen. \nLORD\, I pray YOU would move the SPIRIT more boldly in my life. I know that any sin can grieve and diminish the voice of the SPIRIT\, and I pray against the temptation to sin. Help me crave YOUR presence more than I crave sin. Help me grow in the fruit of the SPIRIT and so walk closer with YOURSELF. I pray for guidance from YOUR SPIRIT – let YOUR will and promises always be a meditation of my heart. In JESUS’ Name\, Amen \nToday’s a new day\, a chance for a new start. Yesterday is gone and with it any regrets\, mistakes\, or failures I may have experienced. It’s a good day to be glad and give thanks\, and I do\, LORD. Thank YOU for today\, a new opportunity to love\, give\, and be all that YOU want me to be. \nToday I want to start this month with YOU on my mind and in my heart. As I dress\, let me wear the armor YOU’VE provided daily: the helmet of salvation\, the breastplate of righteousness\, the shield of faith\, the belt of truth\, the shoes of peace\, and the Sword of the SPIRIT – with prayer on my tongue: praise for YOU and petitions for those around me and those I meet. \nFeed me today with YOUR daily bread. As the BREAD OF LIFE\, YOUR food\, like manna\, will sustain me throughout any trials and hungers. Help me to set my thoughts on things above and to speak only what will help and encourage others. Keep me from putting my foot in my mouth\, and help me guard the affections of my heart today\, LORD. Make whatever work I do be marked with excellence rather than perfectionism\, as I seek not to make a name\, but to make a difference. Help me to treat each person I encounter as YOU would\, with respect and love\, forgiving others and asking for forgiveness myself when needed. \nAs I start this new month\, help me remember that I belong to YOU\, and my desire is to act accordingly. Keep my feet from stumbling and my mind from wandering into distractions that could steal precious time and energy from the most important things YOU have designed for me. I’m proud to be YOUR child\, LORD. And I’m so grateful that YOU died for me – rising again on YOUR own new morning – so that every day could be filled with the wonder of YOUR love\, the freedom of YOUR SPIRIT\, and the joy of knowing YOU. \nI know earthly life is short and fleeting\, LORD. But I want to live today as if it were the first or the last day of my life\, giving thanks for every good and perfect gift YOU choose to give. \nToday\, and every day\, I want to live my life for YOU\, JESUS. \nIn YOUR precious Name\, Amen. \nLet us begin to thank GOD…

DESCRIPTION:‪Praise and worship at 11:40PM (20 minutes) – West Africa Standard Time‬ \n‪Log on to Periscope at 11.55PM ‬ \nMinistration – Why Should I Give?\nScripture \n2 Corinthians 9:6-9 \nRemember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly\, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give\, not reluctantly or under compulsion\, for GOD loves a cheerful giver. 8 And GOD is able to bless you abundantly\, so that in all things at all times\, having all that you need\, you will abound in every good work. 9 As it is written: \n“They have scattered abroad their gifts to the poor;\ntheir righteousness endures forever.” \n  \nPrayer Points\nFATHER \, increase in us the joy of giving. Help us to know that a giving heart glorifies YOU. Make that realization part of who we are. Make it an instinct and a reflexive action.\nGOD\, increase our storehouses so that we can continue to give increasing amounts to the Church\, to the poor\, and to unbelievers who are in need.\nLORD\, money is not evil\, we know that we can use money to do great things in YOUR kingdom. \nWe give YOU our money\, GOD. It’s YOURS anyway.\nYOU’VE just given it to us to watch over and use for YOUR glory. Help us to do that. HOLY SPIRIT\, remove any rotten\, selfish parts of our hearts that would want to hold on to our money and to use it for selfish purposes.\nFATHER\, I pray against condemnation too. \nYOU haven’t called us all into poverty\, and it’s not wrong to have nice things\, but help us to recognize these things for what they are: temporary.\nLORD\, the cry of our hearts is to be more like YOU.\nLet that motivation be what governs our choices when it comes to finances. \nThank YOU\, FATHER. We love YOU! \nLOVONG FATHER\, I come to YOU today with grateful thanks for the gifts and promises that so readily stream in my direction from YOU. So often LORD\, my foolish heart is filled with worry and anxiety and I find myself looking at the problem of my supply instead of looking to YOU as my generous SUPPLIER. Please forgive this lack of trust in YOU\, for I know that YOU have promised to supply all our needs according to YOUR riches in glory\, for which I thank and praise YOU. \nLORD\, I want to be able to hand over each and every one of my worries to YOU\, and to develop a generous and outgiving personality that keeps my eyes on JESUS\, rather than continuing to be the “worrier” that I have become. I know that this does not honour YOUR Name and I so desire to walk in the paths of righteousness and become a person with a generous heart that flows from YOUR OWN generosity\, a grateful heart that is full of trust and thanks to YOU\, WHO has done so much for me. \nLORD\, I know that I cannot change my nature myself\, but I do know that in the power of the HOLY SPIRIT can take my worries and anxieties captive and hand them over to YOU\, turning them into purposeful praise\, knowing that in all things YOU are the supplier of all I need.\nI ask this in JESUS Name\, \nHeavenly FATHER\, YOU are our only SUPPLIER and SUPPLY and it is upon YOU that we rely entirely. We are living in a difficult world\, in a society that is facing increasingly precarious economic difficulties. The money for which we work is becoming sawdust in our pockets and the prices of the simple basics of life are escalating out of control\, and LORD we have no one but YOU upon WHOM to rely and we are trusting YOU for our provision today. \nLORD\, we believe YOUR WORD is true and that YOU have promised to supply all our needs according to YOUR riches in glory. Thank YOU for the amazing example of the Israelites in the wilderness\, who received sufficient manna for the day as a promise from YOU\, and LORD we believe and know that YOUR promises are no less true today than they were in those distant days gone by. \nHelp us to walk by faith and not to be swayed by the mountainous problems that surround us on every side. Help us to live by faith and not by sight\, and trust YOU to provide sufficient provision for our daily need. Help us to read YOUR WORD and reckon it to be true and not to doubt YOUR promises. Help us to trust YOU entirely in these increasingly precarious times and look to YOU with childlike trust\, knowing that YOU are the ONE we depend upon for life.\nWe ask this in JESUS Name\, \nThank YOU LORD for answering our prayers.

I thank YOU for being able to see\, to hear and the ability to walk and talk. I thank YOU for my family and friends\, in JESUS Name. \nForgive me\, FATHER\, this day for everything I have done\, said or thought that was not pleasing to YOU. YOU have done so much for me and the best of YOUR gifts is my LORD and YOUR SON JESUS. \nLORD\, keep me from pride\, arrogance and self-importance. May I seek YOU with all my heart\, remembering that I need YOU and that YOU never forget me. \nFATHER\, thank YOU that you call me into this intimate relationship with JESUS. Help me to put my roots down deep and to keep my eyes fixed on YOU. Help me to guard this relationship and never allow other things\, even good things\, to crowd in and choke my life. \nLORD\, thank YOU that the potential for my life is vast. May I produce a crop thirty\, sixty or even a hundred times what was sown. \nCome LORD JESUS into my heart and abide in my life as I abide in YOU. Renew in me YOUR SPIRIT and purify me with YOUR precious Blood. \nFATHER\, let YOUR will be done concerning my life\, in the Name of JESUS. \nFATHER LORD\, help me to do YOUR will and not mine\, in the Name of JESUS. \nFATHER LORD\, grant me the grace to obey YOUR will for my life\, in the Name of JESUS. \nFATHER LORD\, direct me in the path of my destiny\, in the Name of JESUS. \nThank GOD for answered prayers.
