I want to return ALL thanks and praise to The Almighty for showing up for my family and I because really WHAT CAN’T HE DO?
My daughters were going to be split to 2 different schools because one of them was not accepted at the school we wanted both of them to attend.
She didn’t pass the assessment.
I had a lot of anxiety about splitting the school run and the general inconvenience of it all.
Sometime last week the Head Teacher reached out to us because we should have done some therapy over the summer that should have prepared her for a reassessment.
Unfortunately that didn’t happen due to travel logistics . This therapy should have taken place in the UK.
My daughter asked to return for the previously scheduled reassessment but my husband responded that she was not able to undertake the therapy in the UK and so the reassessment may not yield any positive results. I was in copy of the email. The email also requested we forwarded any updated progress reports.
They invited her for a reassessment. We did this on Wednesday and they asked us to come in on Friday. My husband was so sure it was a let down gently type scenario, because why would they ask us to come if it was positive news they would just send an email.
I said be positive let us go and hear what he has to say we had our own rebuttals already planned. Because “when the Lord turned around the captivity of Zion they were like them that dream”
They offered my daughter a place in school they were so impressed with the progress she has made from the last assessment.
The head teacher gushed and gushed about my baby girl so much I was so proud.
I continued to find favor that day. The school uniforms I had bought for the previous school were exchanged for me.
The previous school also offered me a FULL refund of all the monies we had paid.
God showed up for me and mine and I am grateful humbled and blessed.
