Deliverance is the expulsion of a bad spirit from a place, person or thing.
A lot of people are unknowingly carrying about the heavy luggage of bad spirits without knowing.
That is why it is often said that the worst level of ignorance is for one to be ignorant of his own ignorance.

Self-deliverance is a deep spiritual practice that empowers believers to reclaim their freedom and walk in the fullness of GOD’S promises. It is the process by which an individual takes authority over their own spiritual condition, renouncing and expelling any demonic influences or strongholds in their life.
