Prayer & Fasting Protocol
Option 1: Midnight – Noon
Option 2: Midnight – 6:00PM
If you are praying for a specific marital breakthrough or concerning particular challenges, you are advised to break at 6:00PM each day.
Remember, it is the prayers that give value to your fasting. Fasting without praying is simply a hunger strike.
