Haggai 2:7-9
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of Hosts. 8 The silver (is) mine, and the gold (is) mine, saith the LORD of Hosts. 9 The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of Hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of Hosts.”
GOD is the owner of silver and gold.
GOD does not spend it, but HE gives it to HIS children in trust for HIM.
HE gives silver and gold to HIS children for HIS purpose on the earth Deuteronomy 8:18, “But thou shalt remember the LORD thy GOD: for [it is] HE that giveth thee power to get wealth, that HE may establish HIS covenant which HE sware unto thy fathers, as [it is] this day.”
Deuteronomy 28:13
And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy GOD, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do (them):”
