I have come to thank GOD for what HE has done for us this year in the first week.
On the 6th of January our UK lawyer called us our daughter’s British citizenship has been approved – we were thanking GOD because it was supposed to take about 6 months, and we are extremely happy and jubilating.
I told my husband we have only done 4 days of fasting- see GOD!
Later that night at 7pm my hubby went to see his cousin whose house is on the next street from us because it was his birthday.
I called him around 9pm to ask when he was coming home he said later, so I went to sleep. About midnight he came in and asked me what happend to the ceiling POP by the door as it was all over the floor. I said I did not know,
and he went to look around and came back with a live bullet!
He proceeded to check the CCTV.
Can you believe? A live bullet came through the roof, pierced the POP and came inside our flat. Thank GOD no one was on the corridor at that time.
My hubby said it must be that someone or the police shot in the air.
We were extremely lucky that the nanny, my daughter and I were not on the corridor when the incident happened and my hubby did not come back at the same time.
When we played back the CCTV we heard the loud sound which was due to the force when the bullet pierced the POP.
We give GOD all the Praise and Glory for this wonderful miracle and averting a disaster in our household in the first week of January.
