During the Night of Prayer ministration, I was on my way out to a Karoke evening with a few of my friends, as I am based in North America.
As I got dressed, I kept praying the prayers and saying Amen, as SL gave the prayer points. She also made reference to our anointed water, oil and salt. The Holy Spirit led me to drink some of the water just before I left, and then I continued the prayer points in the car. At some point I needed to put in the direction of where we were headed on the GPS, and from then I was cut off from the rest of the ministration.
During the course of the evening, one of my friends, collapsed right as she began to sing, and I immediately began speaking in The Holy Ghost and thanking God for delivering her from every plan of the devil. But for God’s mercy, it may have been another story. When she was stable, and taken to ER, I asked that she read Psalm 16 into water, and after a comprehensive medical screening had been done she got an all clear to return home.
I thank God for His mercy and His preservation over all our lives, many things kept going through my mind about what could have been, as she may have also been our driver for the night, but for my decision to drive. I thank God for the Holy Spirit who had gone ahead of us and obtained victory for us even before the incident.
