A few weeks ago, I was contacted by a headhunter for a high level job at a company listed in an international stock market.
Prior to this I had received several prophetic words from both my spiritual parents on a spiritual promotion and also specifically to my career, with my natural eyes I didn’t see it as I didn’t apply for anything anywhere in recent times.
I am currently in employment and whilst it was not the most desired situation, I had unconsciously stopped complaining, a diligent worker by the help of GOD, I just continued to give my very best, trusting GOD.
The headhunter contacted me on my birthday, and asked that I have a discussion with the second in command officer in the hiring company (I didn’t know this at the time). The day of the discussion was the day before I was to return to Nigeria and also the day I received not too good news, to say I was unprepared and uninterested in the discussion is to put it mildly. I felt like the discussion was in my way, in the bigger scheme of things!
I went ahead with it, a few minutes chat became an hour long. Fast forward a few weeks and a million little miracles in between, I received an email re financials and at that point I realized that I was favored. Despite the high negotiation skills that I have developed in my profession, I don’t like negotiations that have to do with me and my financials in this case, my salary package.
A few days after, I received a call from the recruiting officer and he said I don’t know what kind of woman you are (his words), he said he received an executive order to give me what I wanted and not only that, he said the position I was initially engaged for (which I was pretty impressed with by the way) had been changed, and that I was being offered a position higher. In his words, throughout his career he had never experienced someone getting a promotion before even joining a company.
I have received and signed my offer letter and I give GOD all of the glory for HIS perfect gift and perfect timing.
HE spoke through HIS prophet and confirmed HIS Word. I bless GOD for SL and the Rebirth Ministry.
